So what’s up with Expose? Let’s go back in time one year, and see: Arnold works at the bank. Vlad does something with computers. Alexandra is about to get licensed in scriptwriting and has no clue about her future. Sabina is studying intensely to get into architecture school. Bogdan is changing jobs. They all have two things in common: they hang out a lot... and share a passion for photography. They would secretly love to have more time to do this, maybe make a living out of this, give up all the things they don’t really like (a photo studio might be more fun than the bank). But one can’t just give everything up and change their whole life one morning. And it’s even harder to do it on your own. So why not do it together? Why not found a photographic group, build a studio, share projects, help each other? That was the idea, one year ago. This is the group, in the present: Alexandra Sandu, Arnold Vancea, Bogdan Dinca, Sabina Dimitriu, Vlad Birdu. With a photo studio in the heart of Bucharest, one exhibition, a brand new web site, one group project in progress and many more on the way, trying not to forget why we started this, trying to stand up for the things we believe in, trying not to lose this magical one thing on the road, the thing that brought us together and kept us going: an honest passion for photography as a mean to express life.
